I met up with Gabe and his mom this past weekend for a quick mini session. This kiddo is full of giggles! I had a lot of fun hanging out with you two! It was so great to see you both again!
I had the pleasure of seeing the ‘H’ Family again! Notice anything different this time? Baby Deacon is finally here, and his big sister Charlie couldn’t be more excited! I had a great time photographing this beautiful family.
Here are a few of my favorite images from my recent film work. We’ve been cooped up inside most of the time thanks to the all the cold and snow this winter has provided so please excuse the wacky, solemn and slightly frightening faces.

Sometimes I see people that I just have to photograph. Meet Rafael. His hair is actually what caught my attention, that and also he happens to be a good looking dude. He had never had professional pictures taken before but was a natural in front of the camera. Thankfully he took me up on the photo session I randomly approached him with because I’m really happy with the outcome. Here’s a few images from our session…
I have been photographing Hayden’s family since he was just 3 months old. He is such a happy baby and always has the best smiles! Normally we shoot his sessions in my studio or outdoors but when Hayden’s mom was scheduling this session with me and I told her about the new lifestyle sessions I was offering she thought they’d give it a try. Here’s a look at Hayden’s first birthday and Christmas session. Playing, reading books, smashing cake and […]

I have been photographing this family for a year and I love that they are always so easy going. This session was very special, we were capturing Charlie for her second birthday and also taking some images of her mama’s belly. Charlie will be welcoming a new baby brother next month! Thank you for another great session! I can’t wait to meet Mr. Deacon!

I was so excited when Brenda and Marty agreed to let me come into their home and spend a morning photographing their family. I wanted to capture ‘a day in the life’ of these new parents with their baby boy, Martin, just doing what they do. The morning went by so fast with bottles, naps, playing, diaper changes and a stroll outside. Before I knew it, Brenda started cooking lunch with baby Martin in tow. Super mom? Yes. Right before […]

Often I’m awakened by the pitter patter of little feet across the hardwood floor followed by the chirp of the PS3 system being powered on by my youngest child. While I’m not a fan of video games anymore I don’t mind my children playing them as long as they also experience what it’s like to play outdoors and use their imagination. There’s a balance to all things. This morning Landon was up against a level he just couldn’t quite conquer. […]
I stumbled into the world of film and I’m having an amazing time. Three years ago when I started my photography business I would have never guessed I’d ever shoot film. The thought actually terrified me. A year into my photography journey around Christmas time my grandmother told me that she had possession of her father’s film camera and that she would like for me to have it. At the time I didn’t have any idea what to do with […]
